Judy Hamilton is not only an excellent realtor, but she is a very patient person as well. My husband and I began the process of buying a home in Florida in 2015. Judy was the only realtor who took the initiative to contact us after noticing that we were looking on Zillow. We came down to Florida on a house-hunting trip in 2015, and she showed us a number of homes. Although we didn’t decide to make the move at that time, Judy kept in touch with us, and when we were finally ready in 2018, we, of course, contacted her again to look at some more homes. Not only is she a delight to work with, but she was very efficient in helping us through every step of the process, which is extremely important when you live out-of-state and don’t know the local resources. She made sure that all parties were kept apprised of every issue that arose during the process so that they could be dealt with in a timely manner. It was very reassuring to know that Judy was looking out for our interests. Moving is always a stressful experience, but Judy helped to make our transition significantly less stressful. Judy has been very helpful and she is very knowledgeable about the areas we have been looking. She knows a lot of information about houses, what to look for if something is wrong.
