Right now – in all of Fleming Island, there are 89 single family homes for sale. They range from $169,000 - $1,595,000.

Here is some info on some of the larger neighborhoods:

In Fleming Island Plantation we had one sale in the last 30 days... It took 39 DOM from listing to close and sold for $260,000.

In Eagle Harbor, the most affordable home sold was $249,900 and the highest price was $625,000. The average DOM was 45 days.

In Pace Island the most affordable price was $249,900 and the high was $490,000.  The average time to sell was 47 days,

Remember that your sales price can be improved if you have updated your home, or if the home is newer, or you are on a larger lot.
